If a Sim has been marked as culled by the Sims 4 or is a ghost and is released to the netherworld, delete them from the game.

When running the Clean Culled Sims process, don't delete a ghost if they are in the family tree of the active family members.

If enabled, will make all household names to the last name of the family living there in case it has changed. Defaults to disabled.
