Allow Pregnancy Aging
If enabled, when a Sim is pregnant, they will not gain the ability to somehow stop aging until they deliver their baby.
Pause on Playable Labor
When a non-active played household has a Sim going into labor, a message will display and the game will pause.
Pause Sims Pregnancy
Specified Sims will not progress in their pregnancies as long as they belong to a category selected below.

The percentage chance that an unmarried Sim will get married after becoming pregnant.
